Return & Refund Policy
At miniexcavatory, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below is our return and refund process to help guide you through any issues you may have.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 60-day return policy on all our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 60 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

2. Return Process
Once you've contacted us and we've approved your return, here's what happens:

Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to ship the product.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping fees. For any other reasons, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. miniexcavatory is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if improperly packed.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment (PayPal).

Full Refunds: Items returned in perfect condition within 60 days will be eligible for a full refund, minus any shipping costs if applicable.

Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, is returned after 60 days, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, you'll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product at Contact@miniexcavatory.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all associated shipping fees.
7. Warranty
All products sold by miniexcavatory come with a 5-year warranty, and parts are covered under a 2-year warranty. If your product fails under normal use during the warranty period, please contact us to arrange for repairs, parts replacement, or an exchange.
