1. Product Warranty: 5 Years of Peace of Mind
Every product you purchase from miniexcavatory comes with a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use during the warranty period.

  • What's Covered: This includes all components of the machine, such as the engine, hydraulics, and structural frame.

  • What's Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance. It also excludes normal wear and tear, such as tire degradation or routine maintenance parts like filters and belts.

2. Parts Warranty: 2 Years of Protection
In addition to our 5-year product warranty, we offer a 2-year warranty on parts. If any part of your machine fails within the first two years due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

  • What's Covered: This warranty applies to all internal and external parts that are critical to the operation of your machine.

  • What's Not Covered: Parts damaged through improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or external factors like accidents or environmental conditions are not included.

3. Warranty Claims: Simple and Hassle-Free
If you experience any issues with your miniexcavatory machinery, our warranty claim process is straightforward and efficient. Here's how to file a warranty claim:

4. Customer Responsibility
While we offer comprehensive warranty coverage, it is important that you maintain your equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. 5. Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the following are not covered under our warranties:
